All authors and on-site participants are required to register and complete the payment, even if their co-authors are not attending in person. Co-authors who do not complete full registration will not be included in the official conference program. Each full registration allows to upload 2 abstracts maximum. Each student registration allows to upload up to 1 abstract.

All on-site presenters will be issued their e-presentation certificates one week after the Conference. Attendees who have paid for registration will receive their e-participation certificates at that time.

The conference registration fee must be transferred to the NDHU account. Please see the account details below. The registration fee includes access to all sessions, coffee breaks, lunches, and the conference concert. Cultural tours and the conference dinner are optional but highly recommended. All fees will be in New Taiwanese Dollars, so the international registration cost may vary due to exchange rates and transaction handling fees.

All refunds will be subject to a processing fee and intermediary bank handling fees.
Any intermediary bank handling fees will be borne by the participant.
In cases of emergency or extenuating circumstances, special requests made within two weeks may be considered on a case-by-case basis by the regional leadership team after the conference.

NOTE: Please allow one full billing cycle for refunds to be credited to your bank account (not to the credit card used for registration)
