Payment

All on-site participants must pay the registration fee. At least one author of the abstract must register, and co-authors are not required to register unless they plan to attend the meeting. Each full registration allows to upload 2 abstracts maximum. Each student registration allows to upload up to 1 abstract.

The conference registration fee must be transferred to the NDHU account. Please see the account details below. The registration fee includes access to all sessions, coffee breaks, lunches, and the conference concert. Cultural tours and the conference dinner are optional but highly recommended. All fees will be in New Taiwanese Dollars, so the international registration cost may vary due to exchange rates and transaction handling fees.

** Local participants will be charged in Taiwanese Dollars according to the exchange rate on the payment day.

Cancellations and Refunds
  • Conference registration can be canceled for a full refund, minus a $30 processing fee, if written notification is received up to four (4) weeks before the conference start date.
  • A 50% refund is available for conference registration if written notification is received between four (4) and two (2) weeks prior to the conference start date.
  • No refunds will be issued within two (2) weeks of the conference start date.
  • All fees for optional events (cultural tours and the conference dinner) are non-refundable.

NOTE:In cases of emergency or extenuating circumstances, special requests may be considered on a case-by-case basis by the regional leadership team, after the conference. Please allow one full billing cycle for refunds to appear on your credit card statement.
